Each session starts at 20:15 and finishes at 21:45.
The first session starts on Monday 17th of February 2025.
£100pp (Group session)

'Eat less & move more' based approaches and 'fad diets' do not work in the long term, are not sustainable, and result in pounds and stones returning and doubling within short period of time. This is a huge cause for people losing confidence in themselves and giving up on their overall health and wellbeing.
Our physical lives and our bodies are often manifestation and representation of our internal non-physical world. To change our physical world, we first need to change our internal world - our mind and belief systems. So, to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight and body, start with your mind and beliefs.
Neuroplasticity is the organic state of your brain. You can use it for your advantage - if you understand the workings of your brain, you can change your mind, and so you can transform your life.
All of the concepts and topics that will be covered in this course are based on scientifically approved modalities e.g. Neuroscience (brain science), Human Psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), Solution Focused Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, and well-researched strategies, techniques, and solution focused coaching and questioning modalities.
This course is specifically designed and the course content is nicely balanced with necessary level of theory, practice, and experience.
THEORY: The course will give you just the right level of scientific and medical knowledge about brain science and the workings of the mind and human psyche/ intellect, and how they affect our behaviours, habits and emotions. This information will be provided in the most simplistic way without getting lost in the jargon and details, and in a story telling style which will keep you engaged and entertained. Just learning about this information on its own is sufficient to change your life forever.
PRACTICE: This course will teach you about the practical strategies to follow in your life, and also get you to do practice work on them during the session, so that at the time you have completed the course, you will be clear on what do do and how to apply the strategies in your life following step by step instructions. These strategies will not just help you cope in life, but thrive.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL RELAXATION EXPERIENCE: A beautiful physical and mental relaxing hypnosis towards the end of the session will uplift you, motivate you, and prepare your mind to help you commit yourself to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, and continually invest in your health and wellbeing for months and years to come.
This programme is relaxed, informal and fun.
This is not a class where hypnotherapy is ‘done’ to you, to get you to stop eating certain foods. Whilst that does work, it’s only for days, sometimes longer – this is not a fad diet – or a magic wand fix.
This class is looking at long term changes to how we think and feel in general, in particular about food and our relationship to it and comfort/stress eating.
Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. The Psychotherapy in itself is extremely beneficial and its effects are enhanced by the application of Hypnotherapy, which enables the subconscious mind to make positive changes.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and it is important to understand that change happens because you want it to, and because of your internal belief and trust and will.
