All health and wellbeing services, holistic therapies and spiritual practices I offer are  to help you acknowledge your own inner power so that you can make all the changes you want in your life.

It is not me who has the power to change you; it is you.  It is both your conscious self, and also your subconscious unconscious self (higher-conscious, higher self) who has all the power to transform your life. All therapies, services and practices I offer are just different techniques and approaches to help you tap into and leverage that inner power that you already have within you. Remember, all you need is within.

I am a Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, and have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) from CPHT one of the most prestigious and recognised hypnotherapy training providers in the UK.  

I am a QHHT Level 1 Intern after completing the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Level 1 Training through QHHT Official which is the only official training body of Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. 

As a Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, and as a QHHT Level 1 Intern, I am bound by professional ethics and standards. I am a student member of NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy), and a member of AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy). My insurance with BGi.uk and enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check are in place.

Below is a very brief biography of my academic, career and business life so far with now starting my journey in  2022 with Hypnotherapy, Quantum Healing, Past Life Regression, and Holistic Wellbeing Meditations.  Alongside my academic studies, I have completed multiple studies along the years and gained various certification in the areas of mental health, counselling, and personality profiling. Most recently, I gained TQUK Level 2 Certification in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health from The Lincoln College. 

I have 24 years of experience working for companies with varying type, size and culture within various industries such as Executive Coaching Training, Software Development, Digital & Technology, Training & Education, Healthcare, Management Consultancy, Ground Engineering & Environmental Consultancy, and Battery Technology & Manufacturing. 

My focus and expertise has been within strategy creation & implementation, project, programme & portfolio management, and digital & business transformation change projects. 

I have a Degree in Healthcare Management, and a Post Graduate Degree in Management, a Certification in Product Management, past studies in Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management, and mental health, and self-development & personal growth.
