Have you tried Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a scientifically proven method of hypnotherapy based on neuroscience, CBT, NLP, SFBT.

If you have one (1) 'simple' phobia (e.g. snakes, spiders, needles, holes, dogs etc.), you can leave your phobia behind within a month.

More sessions are required for complex phobias (e.g. agoraphobia, claustrophobia, mysophobia, emetophobia, germs etc.)

Session Price, Place, Format

The therapeutic process starts with an Initial Consultation Session (1.5-2hrs).

After the Initial Consultation, generally 4 sessions are required for simple phobias.

Complex phobias would require an additional 2-3 more sessions, and sometimes more.

Sessions are held weekly.

Online and in-person (face to face) sessions are available.

In-person sessions are held in the beautiful therapy room in Artemis Wellness Business Centre at 2nd Floor, Berry's Arcade, Arnox House, 8-14 High Street, Rayleigh, SS6 7EQ.

Initial Consultation session is £100 - which includes medical history, neuroscientific brain explanation and solution approach definition, and live relaxation hypnosis.

Each follow up weekly session is Online £40, In-Person £50.

After the Initial Consultation session, if you want to continue with individual weekly follow-up sessions, you can purchase a bundle of sessions with up-front payment, which comes with discounted price.

4-session bundle: Online £150, In-Person £190

6-session bundle: Online £230, In-Person £280

8-session bundle: Online £300, In-Person £370

10-session bundle: Online £375, In-Person £460

12-session bundle: Online £450, In-Person £550

All session fees are payable in advance as only full payment secures the booking.

Direct Bank Transfer is the only payment method accepted and bank details are provided at the time of booking.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires at least 24 hours' notice in writing, or the full session fee will be charged.

Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without the full session fee being charged.
