Sessions are held in Artemis Wellness Business Centre, Healing Sounds Within, 2nd Floor, Berry's Arcade, Arnox House, 8-14 High Street, Rayleigh, SS6 7EQ
Some of the themes we explore and experience in these sessions are Menopause the wisdom years, Menstrual cycle awareness, Women's cycles, Mind & body healing, Honouring & listening to our bodies, Self-love, Letting go, Acknowledging & trusting our instinct & intuition, Creating healthy boundaries, Finding our voice, Connecting with Shakti the divine feminine spirit, Being enough exactly as we are, Full moon or new moon or significant planetary activities, Creating healthy relation with food, Us as mother and our mothers, Setting healthy a mindset around beauty, Understanding & allowing abundance, Worthiness & celebrating ourself with balancing receiving & giving love, etc.
Ahead of the session, all women are to put the intention in their heart and mind that:
They will receive whatever is meant for them to receive in the session.
The session is for their highest and greatest good.
By joining the session, they will play a role, that is meant for them, to serve for the highest and greatest good of the women they will commune and share space, energy and experience in this session.
Their service will reach to the wider community and humanity like a ripple effect after the session.
As a preparation for the session, wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, pillows, blankets and weighted eye pillows provided - but you can bring your own for extra comfort too. If you feel uncomfortable sitting on yoga mats, we can put additional yoga mats and blankets on to make sitting on the floor more comfortable for you, or you can sit on a chair if you wish. Don't eat a heavy meal before the session. Drink plenty of water first thing in the morning before you come to the session.
Bring to the session, a small gift and offering for the other women joining the experience. It can be a seashell, a pebble, a colouring/ painting/ drawing, a short poem/ quote/ excerpt from a book/film that inspires you, favourite meal recipe, 3-step advice on a life experience, etc.
Session Flow:
09:00-09:10 - Arrival, greetings & settling in
09:10-09:20 - Introductions, altar offerings, theme & intention setting
09:20-09:35 - Heart & mind energy activation through meditation & singing bowls
09:35-09:50 - Physical body energy activation through movement & gentle yoga
09:50-10:00 - Break & re-group
10:00-10:10 - Activity selection in line with the theme e.g. Hero's Journey short memory telling, dancing, singing, colouring, drawing, games, reading, poem & short story writing, journaling, etc.
10:10-10:50 - The activity
10:50-11:00 - Break & re-group
11:00-11:30 - Wheel of Life and intention & goal setting for the month ahead
11:30-11:45 - Closing ceremony with gratitude, courage & truth offerings
11:45-12:00 - Closing meditation & parting connections
